Twin Seas consists of four members all born out of East LA! In November, they released their latest album called Phases. It is a funky alternative 12 track album that we can’t get enough of. And did we mention we are obsessed with their music video for their second single off the album, “Outta Time”? It features gorilla costumes, extraterrestrials, and more. ???
